This study examines how entrepreneurial competencies, leadership, and intention influence the performance of garment-tailoring SMEs in Jabodetabek, Indonesia, with entrepreneurial resilience as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with survey data from 108 SME owners analyzed through SmartPLS 4.1, the results show that entrepreneurial competencies, leadership, intention, and resilience significantly improve performance, although intention does not have a significant indirect effect through resilience. The study extends the Resource-Based View (RBV) by integrating psychological and strategic aspects of entrepreneurship and provides practical implications for enhancing resilience and competitiveness among small tailoring businesses.
